Easy Cream Cake Recipe

🧁 Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup fresh cream (or heavy cream)
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

🥣 Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and creamy.
  3. Add the cream, oil, and vanilla, and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 35–40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let the cake cool, then decorate with cream or powdered sugar if desired.
