
Easy Cream Cake Recipe
🧁 Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup fresh cream (or heavy cream)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
🥣 Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a cake pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and creamy.
- Add the cream, oil, and vanilla, and mix well.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool, then decorate with cream or powdered sugar if desired.
